YouTube is a great resource for at home workouts – we like PopSugar Fitness and Fitness Blender for a variety of classes as well as Cat Meffan for yoga among others!
Some Free or Inexpensive Apps we love are:
Strava: (Free) Strava is an app for tracking exercise that incorporates social network features. Individuals can track their run using GPS data and post it for their friends to see. It is mostly used for cycling and running.
All Trails: (Free) Has 100,000+ hiking trails and bike routes. Trail info, maps, detailed reviews, and photos by users are all available on the app. It allows users to track their hike using a GPS tracker, easily save their favorite trails, and add trails to their bucket list.
Down Dog – Yoga: (Free) This app is excellent for beginners and provides a customized user experience. Down dog offers 60,000 possible class arrangements, each time you use the app, down dog will mix up the workout, so you never have to repeat a flow. Down Dog also makes other apps for HIIT, Barre, and more!
Peloton: Peloton offers thousands of different classes. Classes include running, meditation, boot camp, cycling, stretching, yoga, and strength training. The app can track your progress, and you can earn achievements. Right now, you can get 30 days free and try it out!
Glo – Yoga and Meditation: Glo offers a collection of yoga, meditation, and pilates classes. They offer live classes that users can tune into, and right now, you can try out the app free for 15 days.
