Class Offerings

  • CIRCUIT TRAINING

    This circuit-based class incorporates a variety of cardio and strength. Circuits will vary in time and exercise each round. Strength movements will include weighted, non-weighted, and plyometric movements.

  • CARDIO CORE

    Alternate between heart-pumping cardio circuits and core work in this fast-paced 45-minute class.

  • INDOOR/OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

    Taking the workout outdoors as the weather allows. Cardio intervals, bodyweight exercises, and even some fun games that will get the heart pumping. Indoor/outdoor depending on the weather. This class meets in the Fitness Center.

  • TABATA BURN

    Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that involves variations of 20s of works and 10s of rest for an effective workout that keeps your body guessing.

  • YOGA

    This 1-hour all-levels yoga class focuses on form and breath work with our incredible instructors from Yoga Junction.

  • ZUMBA

    This 45-minute class filled with Latin Beats and fun moves will make you sweat and smile!
