  • How do I join?

    Complete the registration steps here. Once reviewed you’ll be notified that your membership is completed and be able to start using the facility.

  • What are the busiest times in the Center?

    Lunch time from ~11:30-1:00PM is the busiest time in the fitness center. Some other busier times are 5:30-6:30AM and 2:30-3:30PM. Yoga takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30PM, and we ask that members respect this as a quiet time if they are working out and not in the class.

  • Are there locker rooms and showers?

    There are small locker/changing rooms available in the Fitness Center. As a reminder, belongs cannot be left in and locks cannot be left on lockers overnight. Each building (except for Midway) has employee showers available. The Building 5 showers are located just upstairs in the large bathroom to the left of the Mail Room and First Aid room on the manufacturing floor.

  • How do I log workouts that I do on my own?

    You can enter workouts that you do outside of the Fitness Center on your member dashboard under “Outside Activities”. Check out our how-to guide here!

  • Are there classes offered?

    Yes! We have a variety of free classes offered throughout the week including Yoga, Zumba, Strength Training, and Cardio classes. You can view the upcoming schedule here.

  • Who can join and is there a cost?

    Any Hunter Douglas employee, contractor, or temp is eligible to join the Fitness Center. You must have a Hunter Douglas ID badge, as this is what will be used to grant you access. Any non-employees including visitors, family, friends, and past employees are not permitted in the facility.

    The Fitness Center and classes are free.

  • What services are available?

    We offer Fitness Center tours, equipment orientations, and body composition scale assessments free of charge. Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Massage are available for additional fees. Email fitnesscenter@hunterdouglas.com for more information or to schedule any of these services.

  • What are Windows to Wellness Points?

    Hunter Douglas wants you to be healthy and active – as a Fitness Center member you can earn Windows to Wellness points for completing workouts. These points can be redeemed for awesome prizes such as yoga mats, foam rollers, water bottles, and gift cards.

    Every time you check in and out of the Fitness Center you are awarded 1 point for every minute of exercise. You can also log workouts you complete off-site on your member dashboard. Points are also given out for incentive programs throughout the year and by attending office stretch breaks. Logging outside workouts is easy – check out this quick reference guide.

    To redeem points, go to the “Rewards” tab on your member dashboard and select your reward. The Fitness Center team will reach out to you when your reward is available or if they need more information like a color selection.

    Max of 24,000 points redeemable each month. All rewards $25 and over are taxed on your paycheck.
